2. Operational Records

Account record: Email address and password hash.

Payment record: Payment method type (BTC, ETH, SOL, or USDT) and blockchain transaction ID. We do not collect or store credit card information or personal financial documents.

Technical record: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and aggregate measurement.

Service usage record: Bandwidth consumed, connection timestamps, and IP rotation events.

Records we do NOT keep: We do not monitor, log, store, or inspect the content of your proxy traffic. Zero-content-logging policy.

3. How We Use Operational Records

Operational records are used to provide and operate the Service, process payments, send order confirmations, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Record Sharing

We do not sell operational records. We share records only with blockchain networks for payment verification, infrastructure providers, and law enforcement when required by valid legal order.

5. Retention

Account records: duration of account + 12 months. Payment records: 7 years where legally required. Service usage records: 90 days. Support correspondence: 24 months.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact: [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session, language preference), Google Analytics for aggregate pageview/conversion measurement, and a same-origin anonymous network presence beacon connected to the SimSMS network hub. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies.

8. Security

We implement TLS/SSL encryption, encrypted storage, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure.
